The Gen 5 style graphics just doesn't work for Sinnoh. It looks so colourful in DPPt and here it looks brown, muddy and depressive

God that looks hideous compared to BDSP. Either go full 2d or go full 3d, this hybrid style looked like shit back then, looked even worse in gen 5, and looks like shit now.

no, they should have been full 3D, like botw or arceus legends. the purpose of a remake is to update the visuals, it makes no sense to be conservative on the one feature that should be overhauled.

I hate gen 5 with a burning passion, and its visuals are one of the main issues. Hell, I hate that about gen 4 and I am a huge fan of gen 4, the whole gen, but I will complain about the shitty 3d models until the day I die.
