Pokemon main audience is pokephiles, many who tend to be furries.
Gardevoir success, depends on how we measure this, comes from the fact that it was one of the first "waifumons", and that Pokemon became the biggest franchise in the world and Pokemon appeals to people who make an absurd amount of porn.
