I would say Scizor and Weavile are two different types of fine, Scizor is fine because Technician works well with its movepool, Weavile is fine because the stats make up for Pressure not doing anything for it.

with SD and choice band or kings rock that shit would hit extremely hard, also some shit moves like thief and metal claw would become actually viable, idk how assurance works, but if it doubles the power at the end of the calc that would mean a 180 bp coming from 120 atk stab

good typing and very good stats esp. Marshadow.
I am fine with Meowth getting it.
Breloom has only its attack
Roserade has the SpA
Hitmontop has shit defenses and has another good ability too (good choices are okay with me)
Both has shit typing and frail defenses
I dislike hyper offensive mons get boosters on top of their STAB that can be added with held items.
