Okay, genuine question. One of the most infamous criticisms of Gen 5 is that the story is too linear.
But, I'm a little confused, because it's then said that "every generation before has ways to do gym leaders out of order." Outside of Brock, however, which is done EXCLUSIVELY through a bug, I don't actually know what gym leaders or what games actually have out of order gym leaders.
So, which gym leaders can be done out of order and how would I achieve them(preferably without a bug)?
