Yes. The Pokemon fanbase, just like the typical American get off to endless amount of outrage porn. Everything has to be the end of their world because otherwise they would have to grow up and make mature decisions about what they should and shouldn't buy/do. Unfortunately this isn't a new problem. The American obsession with outrage dates all the way back to the start of the country and has been prevalent just as much as its racism and bigotry has been.
