While the Grand Underground is technically content, it's just a lazy excuse to not put Platinum mons in the overworld. You have to mine for statues in order to gain access to new areas and that is where all the Platinum mons are. Basically a more tiring way to get them. Also the Grand underground no longer has other things to decorate your secret bases, it's only statues. Also, no more Capture the flag.
