The guy from the very early anime with the Sandshrew who whipped his pokemon. His voice was annoying, he had the personality of a douchebag and he never got any sort of smackdown that'd adjust his attitude.

Sandshrew could have brutally vivsected him if it was actually upset or felt abused. That thing overcame a type weakness and became powerful from the training and it shows the kids dedicated to strengthening even the most mundane of pokemon. trASH somehow loses to a fire type while using a Deus ex Greninja
