The starter order is usually grass-water-fire and the first of that pic has a Kotori face. Kotori is a Love Live character famous inside the fandom because “kotori” means little bird and a grey owl is her signature “mascotte”. Also green is her signature color. At surface level it suggests Fighting, Ghost and Bug but the Ghost and Big could easily be Psychic and Fairy and just have ascetics relating to those former types. Sort of like Decidueye not being Flying.

I think it's likely especially given how Stantler evolves. Some element of reverence in that region allowed to to evolve so it's not out of the question that a similar thing can happen for the starters

The big thing you have to watch out for with Riddler is that his information is sometimes incomplete, so he'll toss in his own speculation. For example, he assumed pic related was a unrevealed legendary for a long time and didn't know Toucanon was related to Pikpek. So don't take EVERYTHING he says as absolute truth. (99% of his information is correct, though)
