>>48442209>legendary villainThe nicest thing you could say about him was that he was a twist up until the talk at the beach which gave him a really shady portrait, in contrast to "modern" twist villains like Lysander (literally walks in monologuing about the patheticness of mortality) or Lusamine (evil fucking grin within ten minutes of first encountering her). He's pretty much just a boring mustache twirler and a Dialga simp for the rest of it.
