You need to use the Itemfinder in every walkable/surfable spot inside without getting encounters (you cannot save and reset and you cannot use repels). When you use it on the last spot you'll get the Mist Stone, which you can use to evolve Pikachu into Pikablu. After defeating the Pokemon League 365 times with a party consisting on the entire Caterpie and Weedle lines, you'll need to do it once again a 366th time but with only Pikablu in your party. This will allow you to enter the Pokegod City. Source: My uncle works at Nintendo.

Take the cartridge out of your gameboy and keep shaking it until bill's house dislodges and falls out onto the floor. You will then be able to enter the secret garden. Works on my machine.

Mewthree can be obtained only after catching the mew under the truck in red/blue and then transporting it and mewtwo to gold/silver. After you have them go talk to Mr. Fuji, he will notice you have mew and mewtwo in your party and tell you about how there was a second attempt made some time ago but it failed, he gives you an Old Lab Key. After this you can find the Old Lab in Fuchsia City in one of the houses where you will encounter mewthree.

You must find Goku which has a 0.00000001% chance of appearing while doing the missingno glitch then you must fight him with only the 4 starters (4th being Pikachu), you the have to go find the dragon balls which have a 0.0000006 chance of dropping when beating the elite 4 then you must go find master Roshi (he is the old dude outside Erika gym, and he will give you a ticket to god island, bring that ticket to Vermillion and you are done

Enter and exit the gate to Saffron from Lavender side until the guard is turned away from you. Speak to him then pass and you will be in Saffron but all NPCs are gone. Enter the Silph Co building and head to the President’s office and Mewthree will be in his place.

You need to use the Itemfinder on every tile in Seafoam Islands. On the last one you'll find the Mist Stone. Use this to evolve Mew into Mewthree BUT you need to use it on a legit Mew not a Gameshark one.

You have to be playing the japanese version of the game. Now when you see Bill's secret garden (Beat the Elite Four 10 times with a Flarechu to unlock it) you will be able to catch the Mewthree
