Why else would Cinderace have a busted Hidden Ability (Libero), a good stat spread, and a movepool that the Pokemon can actually take advantage of with Libero while Thievul is shit?
Speaking of abilities, Tyrantrum still doesn't have any Rock or Dragon-type biting moves so it can make STAB use of Strong Jaw. Way to go Game Freak..
