Meowth, while Obstagoon, Mr. Rime, and Cursola look like larger versions of their prevo’s. Runegris is just purely based on a different object entirely, so it’s hard to refute that as ‘looking different’, but all other regional forms generally retain the similar form as their counterparts with typing changes reflecting in colors and maybe a bit of flourish and add-ons.
‘This’ picture in the OP looks nothing like Typlosion, at least in the head. I wish it was real, but all signs and the magic 8Ball point to ‘NO’.
