So what? Nearly the entire unova dex is japanese themed, there are random places in unova based directly on locations in europe or japan, the region has american things to but it's not as american as you think it is.

And most importantly, it's a fucking video game they could make everyone in arceus legends european knights and cavemen if they wanted, it doesn't matter.

They wanted it to be Decidueye, Incineror was only picked because Sakarui wanted a wrestling chracter. The fact is Game Freak actually like Decidueye so it makes no sense to replace it, meaning it doesn't really make sense for the others to be replaced either.
