So considering I got stiffed not once, but twice by Game Freak as far as promotional codes, I have a couple of questions:
>1. How do promotional codes work? Is it possible to create a dummy account specifically for promotional codes?
>2. For that matter, does anyone have any spare Zarudes or codes they can spare? Assuming they're not account-bound.

I'm not too heartbroken over monkey boi, but I'm a bit peeved I didn't get the shiny Celebi.
