Zekrom. His whole motives were based off an ideal (even if he saw it as the truth) that pokémon and humans would be better living separately from each other, while every pokémon he meets, or any of yours he talks to insist pokémon and humans are better together (the wild pokémon he uses wishing to remain with him past that singular battle, yours insisting you, the trainer, are of the highest standard of human, when it comes to treating your pokémon with love, care and affection). To the point that his understanding of the MC's viewpoint right at the end wouldn't have the same impact, had he commanded the Dragon of Truth. To change his viewpoint so dramatically from thinking all humans need to release their pokémon to allow them to prosper, to accepting pokémon prosper best when working alongside humans and even vowing to set forth on his own journey to further explore this with his Dragon couldn't have worked if it was for the ideal humans and pokémon should work together (ignoring that mentality goes against what every other core entry tells us on the subject).
