And yet MHStories 2 looks better than any Pokemon game. And that game was on a strict budget. Additionally, all it needs to be considered a success from Capcom was to sell 1.2mil.
Meaning at their budget had to last than 1mil.
Assuming GF isn't shit at money Pokemon games budget is probably around 500k or less.

how? genshin has already proved it can be done, something like that but with pokemon is easy money you don't need to test waters for that especially when most of the people want a open world pokemon.
