>>48498240The Platinum Battle Frontier was far better than XY Battle Maison since the Battle Maison is just Gen 6's Battle Tower clone akin to the Battle Tree in Gen 7 and the Battle Subway in Gen 5. The Platinum Battle Frontier, on the other hand, had five separate facilities, one of which was the Battle Tower. Also note that Crystal only had a Battle Tower whereas Emerald had a Battle Frontier. So in the case of HGSS it was more excusable to copy-paste from the previous games.
