I genuinely enjoyed it, it was behind a 30 dollar DLC tho. Fuck GF for it. It should have been in the full game.

The Wild Area is the best they've designed (so far)
Being able to catch more trade evos and fossils in the wild is nice
And the music is a step up from the blandness of base Galar + Isle of Armor
That being said...
>story is just as retarded as usual
>not level locking access to the CT is retarded

Doesn't help that their abilities are Unnerve + Moxie (ice horse)/Unnerve + Moxie but Sp. Atk (ghost horse, which is already fast as fuck)

Ice Rider Calyrex gets annihilated by a Head Smash coming off of an Adamant (Choice Band not even being needed) while Shadow Rider Calyrex has low defenses on top of a 4× weakness to Dark so STAB on Sucker Punch isn't needed.

I like it but Ability Patch's being 200 Ore when a Dynamax Adventure takes like 5-10 minutes for 6-8 ore, not to menion the only way to speed it up by turning off animations gives you less rewards

Yes I did post an extreme example but the point is that powerful Pokémon always have a counter in some fashion be it defensive or offensive. Even Zacian with Unaware Quagsire, but we all know that Zacian is still bullshit in spite of that and needs a nerf.
