Seriously, if you look at a list of 156 different Pokémon and think that ALL of them are awful, then I think you have some kind of mental problem.
Even in Gens that I hate, like 7 and 8, I still think there's some neat designs in there.
They're just marred by SuMo to SwSh (especially SwSh) being crap games.
But I can separate the 'mon from the game, and see it on its own merits.
You seem to lack that ability.
