I think meta shifted to Expert Belt given it's wide range of coverage and instead of using it as a dedicated spdef wall they just use it as a bulky attacker that's scared of physical revenge killers. It's biggest problem is 80 speed. Not really slow enough for trick room but almost never fast enough to avoid taking damage. If you play singles I'd definitely recommend using a physically defensive cleric to keep it healthy and aggressively switch it in against evey special attacker your opponent throws out.
Quick look at Smogon (yeah yeah, it's singles after all) shows PhysDef Vaporeon Wish, Protect, Flip Turn, Scald something like that. Heal Bell and Toxic are other options if you want to drop Scald or Flip Turn.
