The options alone are nothing, but they are not alone. They are a symptom of widespread mental illness, and imply the developer is an activist supporting the insanity.
But there is a plus side. If you open a game and see this, it's telling you that you don't need to bother playing it, because 9 times out of 10 anything produced by a high horse rider is going to be garbage all around.
