Gen 4 and 5 had the GTS exploit that let anyone make something on a website and trade for it too. Don't forget The Pokemon Company recently posting about the Follow Me Magmar that made it far into a tournament when it can't even learn it.
So, OP, how long have your recent breedings taken to get 5IV's, egg moves, EV'S, and level up for level up moves and/or evolutions? How many competitive legendaries specifically mentioned to be allowed in cartridge online play do you have?
