You can tell it's fake because Gamefreak and the TPCi would never..NEVER...miss out on a chance to market a new eevee form if they had one, Sylveon got an entire OVA and was first gen 6 pokemon we ever saw outside of Mega Mewtwo Y.
As much as people want that Dragon type Eevee evolution it's not going to happen, Gamefreak and the pokemon company have spent since gen 7 changing Eevee's gimmick from evolution to being like Pikachu from it getting a an exclusive Z move like Pikachu, to constantly gifting it to the heroine, to making it equal to pikachu for those let's go games, to giving it a useless Gigantamax like Pikachu and Meowth, Eevee is never getting anymore evolutions, it's status has been upgraded to That cute pokemon like Pikachu only for girls while Meowth's gimmick has been regional forms, I'll be suprised if there's a Hissuian Meowth if there isn't then there will be a region form in gen 9, meanwhile Eevee will just get a version of itself with a haircut, a hat or whatever gimmick they've come up with by then NOT an evolution.
