I don't think Pokemon dragons are supposed to be beautiful. They're supposed to look fierce. One even has the head of hammerhead shark slapped on it, which is fierce but far from beautiful.

I hate its wings. Otherwise it's a great Pokemon.
The wings remind me of stiff lego wings that can only rigidly flap back and forth awkwardly.
