If you’re talking about comp, I’m not a compfag for pokemon but in other competitive games I’ve never had a problem with losing so I assume that would carry over. I’m worse than all my friends at most pvp games we play (I’m not bad per say they’re just better) but I’ve always liked being the underdog, every loss just motivates me to win next time.
On a realer note, people who can’t handle loss, or handle it poorly, are doomed to never find success. Loss is fucking inevitable if you’re actually going for any substantially ambitious goal, hence why all the most successful people treat loss as a part of the game, you win some you lose some, you get further learning from mistakes rather than dwelling on them. I doubt I’ll ever be rich or some shit just cause of this mindset but I’ve gotten through some truly dark times by remembering that life was always gonna have good times and bad times and to focus on moving forward
