If Game Freak intended to Nidoran-F to lose their fertility upon evolving, why do Nidorina and Nidoqueen's dex entries still mention them having offspring?

This is dumb nonsensical "lore" that should have been retconned at the same time that Pokemon were retconned from reproducing like animals to magically creating eggs. And if Nidorina and Nidoqueen are infertile, then why are Nidorino and Nidoking still fertile?

Because they had the offspring BEFORE they evolved from Nidoran-F.

They could've had it when they were Nidoran.

Not really, you just don't like it.

Technically many mons still refer to having offspring and mating habits similar to animals. Its just that the literal thing that happens when you get them to the day care is not sexual reproduction, but that doesn't discard it happening elsewhere. You could argue that then the zukan explanation now shouldn't apply to the daycare but it has lots of other weird restrictions once you accept its not sexual.

Neither Nidorino nor Nidoking are Nidorina or Nidoqueen.

They're not different Pokemon. They're the male and female of the same species just like Meowstic.

Yes, they are.
The one that had to be separated due to limitations are the Nidoran.

Limitations are the only reason they're separated. In-universe, they're just gender differences. If they were introduced in Gen 4, they wouldn't be listed separately in the Pokedex, they'd just be gender differences for one Pokemon.

Just because a Nidoran hasn't evolved yet, doesn't mean they're not functioning adults.
There could be a female Nidoran with 300 male Nidoran sex slaves that impregnate her the second she gives birth, keeping her pregnant and breeding for years.

Nidoran are the same species with gender differences. Nidorino and Nidorina are not. Neither are Nidoking and Nidoqueen. Those evolved into outright different species. Saying they are is like saying that Flareon and Vaporeon are the same Pokemon.
