Was Sludge Bomb really that important to identity? Plus it got Shadow Sneak and Sucker Punch which work with it's godawful speed.

Sceptile's stats need to be changed to focus more on PhysAttack
There's no excuse for Sceptile still being a Special-Attacker, in the year 2011 + 10. I don't care what anyone says
