Whoever is seen as the best in each of these categories will be the representative of /vp/ custom gym leader list. In case of type overlap the gap between the hardest and second hardest in their respective tiers will be used as the decider. I.e if Lenora and Norman both win in the bracket. Then Norman will be compared to the second hardest battle in the 5th gym slot and same goes for Lenora.
