What are your Pokemon Headcanons and theories /vp/?

I'll start with one I have always liked for quite some time

However, there was once a large war that seperated the two and forged the creation of two seperate regions, the Kanto and Johto we know today.Since then there has mostly been peace, but there have been civil wars and skirmishes from time to time, most recently around 20-30 years before the events Red/Blue, during which there was a short war fought between the two the very war that LT. While now the two regions are mostly peaceful and friendly (so much so that by the time of Gold/Silver they even share the same Elite four rather than having two seperate leagues and trainers can now freely travel between the two regions) there is still some level of distrust and anger towards one another, which is easily shown by the Kanto punks and bikers in Gold/Silver/Crystal being angry and confrontational with Gold, pointing out that he's from Kanto and they don't like those people around here kind of thing.
