That's the fault of 40-something years old translators trying to appeal to children and youngsters.

Because most localisers just use the English games to base their localisation on. I think only the Korean and Chinese translations are translated directly from the Japanese.

Half-right, before TPCi started localising the games, they'd get translated from Japanese to English by NoA, then from English to other EU languages by NoE. TPCi started translating directly from Japanese to all other languages from Gen V on.

None are the "og" since the og spanish is very different and very outdated. there is no country that speaks the original Spanish anymore.

The spanish that is used in spain has a lot of slangs that the rest of the spanish speakers doesn´t understand and makes the game clumsy and even ridiculous for some people

Maybe instead of making a Spanish spain version, they should make a neutral spanish version that all of latin americans and spaniards can understand and relate to. (Yes, even tho spanish varies a lot from country to country, a neutral version can be achieved, and its not that hard).

TLDR
By having spaniard spanish it excludes the rest of spanish speakers. Therefore making a translation for just one country instead of all spanish speaking countries

Making a more neutral Spanish translation without all the Castillian slang (unless applicable, such as using it on a character that's supposed to speak in a different way from everyone else, same with specific slang from LatAm countries) would please everyone.

spanish can have a lot of different accents depending on where you are and it can sound cringy when its not your own.
Spain's spanish is too detached from LA's spanish and most of us in LA grew with latin american dubs which basically means we're all at least used to mexican spanish.

Btw, in what is the best localization decision ever made, Spain decided to use english names for pokemon. The only one that has a different name is Type:null and they completely fucked it up.

Then again, pokemon is only translated officially in spain for a reason.
