What's the deal with that pokémon?
I mean, it's not that I don't like it nor I love it, I actually never think about it and it's kind of strange. I often hang out here on VP, and I often read the threads about "your favorite pokemons", "your trainer sheet", or "what's your shouldermon", etc... and I see pretty much every pokemon in those lists. Obviously some are more popular, but overall, I must have seen them all at least once or twice... Except Ledian. As if it doesn't exist.
But it is never present in the lists of hated pokémon either.
What is strange is that it is not a common pokémon, as Bibarel or Basculin can be. It has a very surprising design, it looks more like a digimon or a character from another franchise than a pokémon.

Why do you think this is the case?

Anyway, I never see a thread dedicated to it, so I just wanted to fix this injustice.
