>>48558148Keystones and Z-crystals are just a bitch to get outside of their home regions, so Z-moves and Mega Evolution aren't widely practiced outside of Alola and Kalos (and Hoenn, but they lucked out by getting a meteor that was hit by Az's weapon). In Alola, Mega Evolution didn't exist at all until the Battle Tree opened and gave the top trainers a reasonable way to obtain them. Apparently, nobody's bothered trying to bring the concept to Galar, since they already have power spots.
