I know the remakes look like and most likely will be dogshit, but it's that time of year where I can't help but be excited for Pokemon.

Sw/Sh sucked but mid-November 2019 was still a fun time for Pokemon.

Anyone else got those Pokemon jitters?

When it was revealed I was a bit underwhelmed and was more focused on Legends. But then with the reveal of the new underground, walking pokemon, contests, and later HMs getting put in the poketch, my hype went up. I never wanted to preorder a game before but I really just want to go online with other people in the underground. But I think it would be smarter to hold off until I see the postgame, not much hope for the BF after ORAS though.

You're right, it's not bait, it's my actual opinion. My issues with gen 4 were:
>Poor variety, even in platinum
>Ran like molasses even on original hardware and emulators with turbo
>HM slaves were basically required at the start and end of the game

Those issues have been fixed, and then some. I don't play the battle frontier even in Platinum so it not being in BDSP doesn't bother me, and the EXP share just means I don't have to spend as much time grinding to deal with the Galactic bosses.
