I've posted this before, I alreadiy did the other Johto starters so I'll throw them in too

Because of that, The Gen 2 starters have all their base stats multiplied by 1.5x.
And they have Adaptability on top of their current abilities (so they have two abilities at once)
And the Gen 1 and Gen 8 starters are dexcut for the next 5 generations.
And, PChal loses all his followers.
And Kanto is renamed East Johto.
