Nobody actually goes into the battle tower circuit they just use the receptionist stands.

What went wrong? Why did GF make the BT itself so boring?

Fuck this game and it's empty lifeless worlds. Remember when we used to get hidden npcs which rotated on days of the week or optional towns with npcs which trade you rare goods, or bug contests etc. None of that in SWSH. Fucking boring game

this is some of the first real criticism of SwSh I can agree with, dicking around with it in the last few days. Something could slide but to what they are trying to turn the franchise into you really need a return of Daily NPCs and Hidden Trades.

And the series is going to continue to expand into the "Wild Area" concept (and, good, I suppose. At least it allows for player choice in team composition) they need to ramp up more of the NPCs and hidden interactions. Just Raid Dens and Brilliant trades aren't satisfying to the player in the same way.

Look at those locked doors. They could have expanded those into different types of battles. Like true rental battles or battle pyramid
