>>48580954Well b/w and b2/w2 were the times that game freak focused on the story and made a darker theme, they had very deep characters and a lot of amazing story elements. But people didnt like vanillish and garbodor, but instead of saying they dont like these 2 pokemon, they said they hate gen 5. This probably gave game freak the wrong idea and then they stopped trying to focus on the story and went more into other things. Maybe if it had a positive feedback or people said, “I dont like trubbish and vanillish” instead of “gen 5 sucks”, that could possibly give us a better storyline, better characters, less hand holding, and harder fights for gens 6,7,8.
