Definitely not, at least in this gen. the usagfe stats speak for themselves, there was an absurd uptick in usage for the mons that were already on top while the usage gp between the most used and lesser used but still viable became way bigger. If Dynamax, as admittedly lopsided as it is in many aspects, is holding VGC together with duct tape and glue, I can't imagine what it's gonna be like next gen when it's inevitably cut.
