Are there always the same two Dreepy?
Are new ones generated each time?
Where could it get infinite Dreepy from?
Why doesn't it use the 4 holes when using Dragon Darts?
Is it really a parent Pokémon like Kangaskhan, or is it more like Magneton or Dugtrio?

No they're not. They came back to life in a new form. There's a reason why people in the Pokemon world are afraid of real ghosts, but they aren't afraid of Ghost-type Pokemon.

Decidueye isn't dead. Alolan Marowak isn't dead. Sensu Oricorio isn't dead. Lunala isn't dead.

Meanwhile Yamask, phantump and spiritomb are basically actual ghosts but not all ghost types are dead in all fairness so it really depends. Though in all honesty this whole issue with the distinction of ghost types being actual ghosts or not could of easily been distinguished by making the mons that are actual ghosts have the type as it’s primary type (since every mono ghost by their lore heavily implies that their actual ghosts or heavily associated with the afterlife so this pattern can be set up perfectly) while the ones that aren’t dead but have ghostly properties having the type be secondary. It’s a simple fix that would only require some mons like mimikyu being slightly retconned by switching the primary and secondary types to set this distinction but knowing how retarded gamefreak are, they won’t do that at all even if this change doesn’t affect shit on the Pokémon in question.

Actually they kinda already have this distinction but Mimikyu and Oricorio sensu break this pattern but their the only exceptions.

That's the key word. It's not dead anymore. It came back to life in a new form. It still eats, sleeps, and reproduces just like any other living Pokemon.
