It’s called a redesign you complete moron. All the Team Aqua members had their skin color changed and no one is debating if those are the same character or not. Yet here you are denying Lyra is Lyra because her HGSS outfit is different than her Crystal one (like all redesigns) her hair is slightly different (like all redesigns).
