Rhyperior was good specifically in SWSH BSS/BSD because it had 8 billion weaknesses and Solid Rock which let it abuse weakness policy.

You are right most of those are solid rock types in UU with Tyranitar being the sole rock type of OU but lets face it Coalossal is an untiered shitmon that needs to triple its health to do a niche thing

The /vp/ logic of Rock and Ice being good when they're actually not narrows down to this. Alternatively, /vp/ sometimes uses the Granbull/Mawile strawman if someone has the audacity to say that a Pokémon like Aurorus or Abomasnow should be buffed with "well Granbull is shit so that must mean Fairy is shit".
