Would Garchomp in Gen. IV still have been broken if the Physical/Special split never happened? STAB Outrage would've used Special Attack instead of Attack and his strongest STAB Physical move: Earthquake would've been negated by Flying types (Of course it still has Stone Edge.). So do you think Garchomp would've still been as powerful?
