This is true. Zacian is one of if not the most powerful Pokemon competitively and it has god tier typing. Zamazenta's theme is supposed to be defensive, but it doesn't even get a move introduced in the same gen as it that is perfect for it.

Pikachu over all the Pikaclones. Maybe not from a gameplay perspective, but I will never understand why each gen needs a weak attempt at a new Pikachu when they nailed it the first time.
