>>48605743I'll admit, it's been a bit since I played Mario 64(last time I even touched my N64 was after my save file corrupted on Pokemon X), but I can tell you right now that its art style is why it's remotely viable to look at today.
>>48605740>Crux of the argumentHow many times do I have to tell you faggots to not open up with something that isn't related to the crux of your argument! You only hurt your argument that way!
>EloOh it's something competitive, that's why I've never heard of it. I don't mess with competitive at all, not my style.
>Kyreum's forms are different PokemonOkay, well, difference in doctrine, but I don't know anyone who treats them differently other than you. I'm sure there's others, I just haven't encountered them.
>Personal connectionsYeah, that's probably my weakest argument by far, but I haven't seen anyone actually praise Gen 6 for good designs either, outside of the occasional guy here and there. Like you said, most of the discussion rolls around the lack of quantity, and not the quality, so I had to go off of anecdotal to make any sort of point at all.
>Glitches>I'm not saying there's particularly more or less than previous generations, I'm saying I expected better out of Gamefreak...>Did you play with 3D on?No, I had a 2DS. It tanked the framerate, that's all I know. It might've been some manufacturing quirk with my 2DS, I know that thing fell apart after about a year of having it around and I had to tape it all together, and I noticed there was some shoddy soldering work but I couldn't really figure out how to fix it without learning soldering so I just left it as is.
>ChibisI actually like BDSP's chibis. They're a fine way of staying true to the remakes, and I don't really care that it "feels modern", because most of the modern shit we have feels like fucking crap. Have you seen the decline of Youtube?
1/2, god damn it I'm wordy.
