The real question that never got addressed was Lusamine accusing the player of being just like her and collecting Pokemon just to shove them in boxes and never see the light of day again and be free. This was literally never addressed and nobody takes the question seriously because Lusamine is insane, but she has a point. The point technically doesn't actually exist in her game, ironically enough because her long lost amnesiac husband created Poke Pelago as a paradise for Pokemon that are stuck in their boxes to visit and enjoy themselves, but it applies pretty much everywhere else.
