>>48614680Play it one handed. The joycon is much comfier in the hand with the little slide grip thing with a string on it. The string is only useful if you're likely to lose your grip and chuck it at your TV, but the real use of it is making the joycon just a little wider and putting smooth edges on both sides.
I played it like this until about midgame when the inaccuracies of the motion controls really started making things hard. Then I switched to handheld mode, threw a couple balls, and stuck a dot of tape on the screen where they land because the game doesn't have crosshairs.
