Slifer's would keep his card effect translated as an ability. He gets Sp Atk boosted by one stage for every non-fainted pkmn on the party. Thunder force is a multi-hit move like double kick or double slap. Obelisk gets atk boosted for every pokemon he faints. God Hand Crusher would just be a high damage stab move with few downsides to get the most out of his naturally high atk. Ra's gimmick would be its three forms, orb, regular, and phoenix. Maybe Orb can work like cherrim, and it enters the battle that way until you fulfill the requirements(which is faithful to the ygo ver). Dragon mode would be the main battle form. To work in the LP drain effect, ita signature move would be God Blaze Cannon, and it drains Ra's HP to 1 and the strength depends on the total HP taken. The toughest part is how to work in god phoenix. I guess phoenix can activate when its low on HP? Because phoenix can hit all monsters on the field at once, the closest way to adapt that is a permanent fire version of hail that activates for as long as Ra is in Phoenix mode.
