Seems like they fucked up the placement of the sprites in some frames, AND they don't have running sprites, so it's moving at running speed, but with the walking sprites, looking awkward as fuck

it's probably just one guy doing all the work with lack of talent for gba midi remixes. At least the maps look good, the pokemon sprites are amazing and it adapted all game, even the DLCs.
