We don't have an actual market here in Russia for Nintendo (or any, really) console stuff so I don't see why Nibtendo would want to appeal to the non-existent Russian market.
Not to mention that modern Russia doesn't lend well to a fictional world, it would be about drugs, alcohol and streeet thugs, and they still wouldn't really convey the feel.
I'd rather they make another Japan region

Not really, Moscow is probably the most gloomy place in Russia.
There are far more comfy places like Sochi, Ekaterinburg or some countryside area

Australia & NZ would just be a single game like how Galar treated its DLC releases.

It's probably Germany or Japan again hopefully, though South Korea should be much higher on the expectations list due to being another asian country that isn't as internationally "conflicted" as China is.

Well... it's kind of the same with Brazil actually, adding politics in that of course.

But being fair, as we had 2 regions based on USA, they could instead focus in a specific part of the country and make it a region, using specific themes and avoiding touching in third world ones.

Therefore, I don't believe they'll ever get to touch in third world countries for now and will continue making USA > EU > USA > EU thing.
