Probably not, considering how lockdowns were fully in affect in 2020 and the games sales were still impressive in 2019 when it came out. Maybe the DLC but I doubt SWSH saw any massive sale increases that other games didn't during lockdowns

Nope, its sales were pretty in line with the rest of the series, with a small bump that you could easily attribute to the Switch just being popular and having good attach rates. It's not like it saw an Animal Crossing-sized surge in popularity.
