Yes and yes. They alternate between attacking Unova and defending Joheto. Sometimes it changes when caught in their usual spam (ex: the DP>Plat thing, some attacks on Alola) but those are the main 2, usually with the overall goal of making other fanbases look worse and just generally being annoying.
